Caroline Hollingshead is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business systems analysis, knowledge management, and customer service. Since July 2006, Caroline has held the position of Senior Business Systems Analyst at PEMCO, acting as a vital link between business stakeholders and information technology for process improvements and problem-solving.
