Curt Simonson

Curt Simonson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and organizational development. Currently serving as Manager of Learning and Organizational Development at PEMCO since January 2018, Curt has previously held key roles including Strategy Consultant at Spider Strategies and Director of Intelligence and Security at the Washington Army National Guard, overseeing intelligence and security programs for over 8,000 employees. With a strong military background, Curt held various leadership positions within the Washington Army National Guard from 2002 to 2014, including Deputy Director of Operations and Chief of Staff for the 341st Military Intelligence Battalion. Educationally, Curt holds a Master's Degree in Strategic Studies from The United States Army War College and a Bachelor's Degree in History from the University of Nebraska at Kearney.
