Jenifer Wells

Jenifer Wells is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent and human resources operations, currently serving as the Manager of Total Rewards at PEMCO since August 1994. Previous positions include Talent and Human Resources Operations Manager and Compensation and Benefits Manager, where notable specialties encompass total rewards programs, including compensation structure, benefits, work-life programs, performance recognition, and career development. Earlier in their career, Jenifer owned Greater Seattle Floors from 1993 to January 2018, managing a flooring business, and worked as a Communications Consultant at The Wyatt Company from 1987 to 1994. Jenifer holds dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Speech Communication and French from Montana State University-Bozeman.
