Farida Thakeb

Farida Thakeb is a seasoned professional in customer success and project management with extensive experience across various roles. Currently serving as a Senior Digital Account Manager at Pemo, Farida focuses on enhancing product-led growth and customer experience. Previously, as a Customer Success Manager II at Instabug, Farida cultivated executive relationships and led successful product adoption initiatives. Farida's earlier roles include Projects Manager at RiseUp, where an array of local and international projects were managed, and Pitch By The Pyramids Project Manager, overseeing a flagship program in the MENA region.
