Ryan worked at Pen Air Credit Union from 2014 to 2023, holding various roles such as VP of Consumer Lending, AVP of Indirect Lending, and Consumer Lending Manager. Ryan also worked at Navy Federal Credit Union as a Member Services representative from 2013 to 2014. Prior to their career in finance, they were a General Manager at Beef 'O' Brady's from 2007 to 2013.
