Christina Smith has extensive experience in the insurance sector, currently serving as an Integration Analyst at Pen Underwriting UK since March 2023. Previously, Christina worked as a Broker Specialist at Aon from May 2018 to March 2023, focusing on counter-terrorism. Christina has held various positions, including Account Handler in the Real Estate Practice team at Willis (May 2014 - May 2018) and in the social housing sector at AJG Housing (September 2006 - June 2013), where responsibilities included managing client portfolios and conducting renewals. Early career roles include Account Manager at Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. (May 2005 - September 2006), where account growth was achieved by fostering firm relationships, and Account Handler at Bluefin (May 2002 - May 2005), managing personal lines insurance. Christina began with customer service at AXA (December 1999 - July 2001), handling quotes and customer inquiries. Educational background includes GCSEs from Philip Morant School and Sixth Form College.
