Michelle Cattanach

Michelle Cattanach has extensive work experience in human resources and risk management. Michelle began their career as a Risk Management Supervisor at SAIF Corporation in 1994 and held this position until 1997. Michelle then joined Oregon OSHA as a Consultation and Services Manager, where they worked until 2004. In 2004, Michelle became a Human Resources Manager at Willamette Valley Hospice, a role they held until 2017. Currently, they are the Human Resources Director at Pence Construction, a position they have held since May 2017.
