Lenah Parente is currently the Compliance & Privacy Director at PenChecks. Lenah has over 25 years of experience in a variety of fields, including accounting, finance, commodities trading, research, and small business management.
Lenah began their career in 1982 as a personal banker with Bradesco. Lenah later moved to Firmenich, where they worked as an accounts payable specialist from 1984 to 1988. In 1990, they began working as a commodities futures trader with Sunrise Capital Partners LLC, where they remained for over 20 years before leaving to start their own research company, Intelligo Research, in 2012.
In 2013, Lenah joined REV as an operations coordinator. In this role, they were responsible for developing and implementing internal and external reporting systems, managing a team of 30 coaches, and overseeing follow-ups with workshop participants. Lenah also assisted the curriculum team with various functions, including QA for releases and updates, and managed the Learning Management System. In February 2017, Lenah left REV to take their current position with PenChecks.
