Pencils of Promise
Supreme Edwin Asare is an experienced consultant specializing in social impact evaluation and measurement, currently working at Stone Soup Consulting since January 2023. At Pencils of Promise, Asare serves as the Principal Evaluator for the Teacher Support Program and has developed the Teacher Observation Guide as Lead Researcher. Other roles include Trainer for Monitoring and Evaluation at UNICEF and PDA/GMEF Ghana, Co-Principal Evaluator for the IOM's Document Examination Support Center initiative, and National Trainer for the 2021 Population and Housing Census in Ghana.
