Pender Ventures is the private technology company investing arm of PenderFund Capital Management Inc. (“PCM”) an independent, employee-owned, value-based investment firm managing over $3.7B in assets across private and public equities and fixed income.
We are seeking an Analyst to join and grow with our team. In this role, you will support the investment team with rigorous financial analysis and modeling while working closely with portfolio companies to enhance their operational performance. You will play a key role in identifying key business drivers and helping companies develop frameworks for long-term success.

What’s in it for you?
We are sharing that compensation for this role will include an estimated salary between $90,000 - $110,000 per year, along with a commission and bonus package*.* In determining final salary, Pender considers many factors including the candidate’s qualifications, relevant experience, job responsibilities, market conditions, position location and internal equity. Our aim is to ensure fair compensation practices that align with industry standards while acknowledging the unique value and expertise each individual brings to the role. The final base salary for the offer will be presented as part of a competitive compensation package.
