Davion Cooper

Davion Cooper, CPA, currently serves as the VP and Global Controller at Pendo.io since October 2022. Previously, Davion held the position of VP of Finance and Corporate Controller at Brightly, where significant contributions led to a $1.9 billion exit to Siemens in August 2022. Prior roles include Corporate Controller at ChannelAdvisor, Controller at Terra Dotta, LLC, and Manager of Finance at MaxPoint, where responsibilities encompassed technical accounting and compliance. Davion began a career in auditing as an Assurance Senior at Ernst & Young, dealing with financial statement audits for a range of clients. Educational achievements include a Master of Accounting from North Carolina State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Saint Leo University.
