Daniel Shepherd

Daniel Shepherd, MBA, is a seasoned professional in data analytics and marketing, currently serving as the Director of Data Analytics at PenFed Credit Union since August 2018. With a progressive career at PenFed, Daniel has held roles including Manager of Data Science, Data Scientist, and Business and Reporting Analyst. Prior experience includes working as a Data Analyst at Significance, Inc., where responsibilities involved data validation and analytics for DoD Financial Improvement and Audit Readiness efforts. Daniel also worked as a Strategic Analyst at Booz Allen Hamilton, focusing on model building, data forecasting, and strategic operations. Daniel earned an MBA from The Johns Hopkins University - Carey Business School and holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Finance and Economics from Virginia Tech.
