Missy Nguyen

Missy Nguyen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in mortgage operations and real estate fulfillment. Currently serving as the Manager of Mortgage Operations at PenFed Credit Union since March 2021, Missy previously held the position of Real Estate Fulfillment Manager at USAA from November 2012 to March 2021. Prior experience includes roles at Chase, where Missy worked as a Mortgage Operations Manager and HE Loss Mitigation Manager, and at General Motors Acceptance Corporation (GMAC), holding various positions including Loss Mitigation Manager and Commercial Lending Manager from December 1986 to May 2009. Missy Nguyen holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from California State University, Los Angeles.
