Wayne Knapczyk

Wayne Knapczyk is an experienced leader in collections and operations management, currently serving as the Director of Collections at Pentagon Federal Credit Union since January 2010, overseeing default operations for a large credit union with $35 billion in receivables and over 2.9 million members. Prior to this role, Wayne held various positions at CitiFinancial from 1997 to September 2008, including Senior Vice President and Vice President, where expertise in customer service and managing multi-site call centers was developed. Wayne holds two Bachelor of Science degrees in Finance/Business Administration and Finance and Accounting from Bemidji State University.
