In his role as Senior VP of Regional Operations, Aaron oversees all operations at Penn’s properties in our Western region.
During his past 11 years with Penn, Aaron has served as Vice President of Marketing for Hollywood Casino at Charles Town Races, Assistant General Manager at Hollywood Kansas Speedway, General Manager at Argosy Riverside and General Manager of Tropicana Las Vegas.
Before joining Penn, Aaron held leadership roles in Slot Operations and Marketing for The Mirage, Treasure Island and MGM Resorts International.
Aaron holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas and an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis’s Olin Business School.
