Samantha Haggerty

Samantha Haggerty serves as the Deputy Chief Compliance Officer and Regulatory Affairs Counsel at PENN Entertainment, Inc. since January 2022. Prior to this role, Haggerty worked as Gaming Counsel at Susquehanna International Group, LLP from June 2021 to December 2021 and as Legal Counsel at Sportradar between September 2020 and May 2021. Haggerty's experience includes a position as a Gaming and Litigation Associate at Duane Morris LLP from September 2017 to September 2020, where responsibilities encompassed advising gaming industry clients on licensing concerns, representing clients in regulatory meetings, and managing civil litigation cases. Haggerty's early career included judicial externship at the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and various legal internships. Haggerty holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Villanova University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in English from Muhlenberg College.
