Dan Keller

Dan Keller is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition with extensive experience in corporate recruiting and executive search. Currently serving as the Director and head of Talent Acquisition at Penn Mutual since October 2022, Dan previously held the position of Vice President and Recruiting Manager at JP Morgan Chase from January 2011 to October 2022. Prior to that, Dan worked as a Recruiting Consultant at Endo Pharmaceuticals and held various roles including Recruiting Manager and Executive Recruiter at a recruiting agency from 1999 to 2009. Dan's educational background includes a BA in Psychology from Villanova University (1993-1997) and an MA in Applied Psychology (Industrial/Organizational) from Fairfield University (1997-1999).
