Joseph M. Cullen, CFA, CAIA, FRM, currently serves as the Chief Investment Officer at Penn State University since September 2019. Prior to this role, Joseph held the position of Chief Investment Officer at the Montana Board of Investments from 2015 to 2019. Joseph has extensive experience in portfolio management and investment strategies, having worked at Fidelity Investments as the Head of Institutional Portfolio Management, where management of $180 billion in Target Date assets was a key responsibility.
