Kathy Bieschke has been a prominent figure at Penn State University since August 1991, serving as Vice Provost for Faculty Affairs, Interim Dean of the Schreyer Honors College, and Department Head of Educational Psychology, Counseling, and Special Education, in addition to holding the position of Professor in Counseling Psychology. Prior to their extensive tenure at Penn State, Kathy worked as a Licensed Psychologist at The Highlands from 1995 to September 2017. Kathy Bieschke holds a Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from Michigan State University (1986-1991), an M.S. in Clinical Psychology from Illinois State University (1982-1985), and a B.S. in Psychology from Illinois State University (1978-1982).
