Skyler Yost

Skyler Yost, MA, EDP, currently serves as the Director of Penn State York's LaunchBox, focusing on entrepreneur support programs in York and Lancaster. With extensive experience in economic development, Yost has held roles such as Principal at St. Elmo Community Builders, where local startup ecosystems were strengthened through innovation assets and partnerships, and Economic Ecosystem Builder at York County Economic Alliance, orchestrating growth in innovation and entrepreneurship while securing nearly $20M in funding. Previous positions include Community Manager at WeWork, Project Manager for the Long Island City Partnership, and international development roles with various organizations. Yost holds a Master's degree in International Planning and Sustainable Development from the University of Westminster and a Bachelor’s degree in International Management from Franklin University Switzerland.
