Emma Harding has over 15 years of experience in various roles within finance and executive search. Currently serving as Practice Manager in Executive Search & Sourcing at Penna since May 2015, Emma previously worked as a Senior Campaign Co-ordinator. Prior positions include Business Support Officer at GatenbySanderson and multiple roles at powerPerfector, where responsibilities ranged from Account Manager to Senior Account Co-ordinator. Emma has also held positions at Deutsche Bank and Merrill Lynch, focused on derivatives reporting and collateral analysis. Additional experience includes project management at Deutsche Bank and volunteer work at Father Ray Foundation. Emma began their career at Deutsche Asset Management and RBS Trust Bank, contributing to client management and equity brokerage functions.
