Frank Thaxton

Frank Thaxton is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in executive coaching and consulting. Currently serving as Managing Partner at Thames Valley Partners since March 2018, Frank previously held the position of Partner at The Consultancy Hub from October 2013 to September 2019, focusing on providing consulting advice. Frank's career spans several decades, having started as Deputy Director at the National Enterprise Board and advanced through various leadership roles, including MD at Innotech and Director positions at The Psychology Company and Assured Care Centres plc. Additionally, Frank has a strong background in coaching senior executives and developed expertise in venture capital and private equity as a non-executive director for multiple companies. Educated at Imperial College London and The London School of Economics, Frank holds degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Business economics, respectively.
