Pennecon
Kevin Mouland has held various roles at Pennecon over the years. Kevin started as a Project Manager in June 2006 and eventually became the General Manager from an unknown date until 2019. In 2019, they were promoted to Vice President and held that position until 2020 when they became the Chief Operating Officer.
Kevin Mouland attended Memorial University of Newfoundland from 1988 to 1995, where they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Civil Engineering.
