Emma Gooding has a strong background in asbestos surveying, with experience working for various companies such as Pennington Choices, Thames Laboratories, and Acorn Analytical Services. Emma is skilled in conducting surveys for both domestic housing and commercial properties, ranging from management to full refurbishment. Prior to their roles in asbestos surveying, Emma also worked in roles such as Project Coordinator at Barclaycard and Facilities Assistant at Shoosmiths and Countrywide Plc. Emma completed their GCSE at Sir Christopher Hatton Academy.

Our surveying services include asbestos and fire safety services, stock condition surveying, and energy performance certificates, as well as a range of engaging and accessible training courses. As a growing organisation, we are always on the lookout for new and exciting opportunities to expand our list of services into new sectors. Our current clients include large scale property owners of all types, from social landlords, local authorities, healthcare, NHS, educational establishments, retail, and rail.
