Currently serving as the head of the family law department at Penningtons Manches Cooper LLP since February 1988, Jane specializes in the financial aspects of high-value divorces, civil partnership dissolutions, and complex disputes involving children, including international relocation cases. Prior to this role, Jane was a partner at Sampson & Co solicitors, focusing on legal aid family law and a small amount of crime and personal injury work. Jane began their legal career as a trainee at Atha & Co in Middlesbrough. Jane holds an LLB degree in Law from the University of Southampton and is a Fellow of the International Academy of Family Lawyers.
