Jane started their career as a trainee at Dawson and Co in Lincoln's Inn in September 1986 before joining Penningtons Manches LLP in September 1988. At Penningtons Manches, they are currently serving as Partner and Head of the Oxford Family Team, where they handle international cases and has consistently been ranked highly in Chambers UK and The Legal 500.
