Christa Bednarek is an accomplished accounting professional with extensive experience in various roles within the real estate and property management sectors. Currently serving as Assistant Controller at Pennrose since June 2019, Christa has also held positions such as Accounting Manager and Senior Accountant. Prior to Pennrose, Christa worked at US Residential as a Property Accountant, where responsibilities included managing reporting packages and reconciling bank accounts. Earlier experience includes a Staff Accountant position at American Realty Capital, handling cash account reconciliations and managing fixed assets for a substantial portfolio. Christa's career began with roles at Orleans Homebuilders and multiple internships, providing a solid foundation in accounting principles. Christa holds a degree in Accounting and Business from Rosemont College.
