William has worked as a Senior Developer at Pennrose since February 2021 and previously held the position of Development Manager at BFC PARTNERS from February 2015 until February 2021. Additionally, William has experience as a Project Manager at Hernandez Consulting & Construction. William holds a Master's degree in Real Estate, Finance & Investment from New York University and a B.A. in Political Economy from Tulane University. Some of their notable projects include Bronx Commons, Jamaica Avenue, and Bedford Union Armory.
