Igal Feibush

Founder and Chief Executive Officer at Pennsylvania Data Center Partners

Igal Feibush is a real estate executive with more than 30 years of experience as an investor, developer, and owner. He currently serves as Founder and CEO of Pennsylvania Data Center Partners, a developer of data centers across the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. In that role, he oversees the company’s comprehensive strategy, direction, and overall growth.

In 2025, he announced a $15 billion joint venture between Pennsylvania Data Center Partners and PowerHouse Data Centers to develop Pennsylvania Digital 1 (PAX-1), a new AI hub with 1.35 GW of capacity with expandability up to 1.8 GW, comprising scale and speed for AI data center development.

Before founding PA Data Center Partners, Mr. Feibush launched Stone Canyon Capital Partners in 2006, a privately held real estate investment fund that has completed over $3 billion in transactions. He began his career in New York City, where he founded Citi Habitats, which grew to become one of the city’s largest residential brokerages at the time, with 600 agents across eleven offices, and a strong commercial investment sales division.

Igal Feibush supports various philanthropic causes, including initiatives focused on Israel and combating antisemitism. He previously served as Co-Chairman of the Young Real Estate Division of the UJA-Federation of New York. He attended the University of Maryland and SUNY Albany.
