Abha Rani has a diverse work experience in the field of data management and engineering. Abha started their career at Countrywide Insurance as a Developer in 2001. Later, at Bank of America, they held multiple roles including Technical Manager, Architect, Team Lead, and Senior Developer, where they were responsible for data management, data architecture, and business intelligence. Abha also designed and developed systems to interface with major applications in the Bank of America insurance division. In 2012, they joined QBE North America as a Data Management Manager, overseeing all aspects of data management, data architecture, database development, and administration. Abha managed a team of 10 BI resources and provided 24x7 global support for business critical operations. Currently, they serve as the Vice President of Data Engineering at PennyMac, a position they have held since 2014.
Abha Rani obtained a Master's degree in Computer Science from the Institute of Engineering and Technology in Lucknow, India, completing their studies from 1991 to 1994.
