David Spector has a diverse work experience in the finance industry. David began their career as an Associate at CSFB in 1985 and worked there until 1989. David then joined Countrywide Financial Corporation in 1990 as a Senior Managing Director, where they stayed until 2006. From 2006 to 2008, they worked at Morgan Stanley as the Co-Global Head of Residential Mortgages. Spector then moved to PennyMac, where they held various leadership positions, including President and Chief Investment Officer, President and Chief Operating Officer, Chief Executive Officer and President, and currently holds the role of Chairman and Chief Executive Officer.
