Joseph Cook

Joseph Cook has a diverse work experience in various leadership positions. Joseph is currently the Director of Information Technology at Shield HealthCare, where they oversee the IT operations. Before that, they worked as the Vice President of Project Management at PENNYMAC. In 2017, they founded Pursuitguru, an e-commerce marketplace, and also worked as an independent consultant for a digital product think-tank. Prior to that, Joseph served as the Vice President of Corporate Operations and Technology at Health Net, where they led process improvement, strategic planning, and technology reporting. Joseph also worked as the Chief Information Officer at Planned Parenthood Los Angeles, where they implemented innovative IT solutions and developed a service-oriented technology culture.

Joseph Cook has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from California State University, Northridge. Additionally, they attended Villanova University and received training in Six Sigma as a Master Black Belt.
