Morten Tipsmark is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and consultancy with extensive experience in recruitment and project management across various organizations. Currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Partner at PensionDanmark since September 2022, Morten has successfully led recruitment efforts and reduced costs company-wide. Prior roles include Recruitment Consultant at Frederiksberg Kommune, Employment Consultant at Københavns Kommune, and Advisory Consultant at AS3 Employment, where Morten developed onboarding programs and spearheaded concept development for optimal client outcomes.
