Martha Reisner has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Martha is currently working as the Director of Affiliate Client Relationships at The Board of Pensions of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) since July 2021. Prior to this role, Martha served as a Church Consultant for the Mid-Atlantic Region, where they provided resources and support to employers and mid councils.
Before joining The Board of Pensions, Martha held the position of Executive Director at the Capital Region Theological Center from June 2008 to December 2016. In this role, they focused on improving the organization's impact, visibility, funding, and organizational maturity.
Martha also has experience in education, having worked as the Director of Christian Education at Westminster Presbyterian Church, Albany from 2006 to 2008. Earlier in their career, Martha worked at Accenture as a Global Training Team Consultant. Martha played a senior-level role in eliciting client requirements, planning development activities, and leading the creation of new products and solutions.
Martha's work experience also includes a position at ComputerLand, where they served as an Assistant Sales Manager and Education Department Manager. Martha designed technical solutions, managed sales associates and provided software skills training for clients.

Martha Reisner holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Biology from the University of Michigan, which they obtained from 1993 to 1995. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Biology and Music at Lawrence University from 1982 to 1986. Martha also attended the Girls' Preparatory School, although the specific years are unknown. In terms of additional certifications, Martha obtained certifications in "Developing Your Team Members" (from LinkedIn in August 2022), "Coaching Virtually" (from LinkedIn in October 2021), "Communicating about Culturally Sensitive Issues" (from LinkedIn in June 2020), and "Unconscious Bias" (from LinkedIn in June 2020).
