Michael Marrone has a diverse work experience in strategic planning, project management, and human resources. Michael has held various leadership roles in different organizations.
At The Board of Pensions of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.), Marrone served as Vice President of Strategic Planning & Execution, where they developed executable strategies and managed projects. Michael also created a project management office (PMO) and implemented enterprise-wide systems and solutions.
Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Strategic Initiatives at the same organization, where they launched new benefit products and implemented a redesigned customer portal.
Before joining The Board of Pensions, Marrone was the Director of HR Projects at New York University, where they designed and implemented a global service delivery model and analyzed performance metrics.
Michael'sexperience at Pfizer Inc. includes roles such as Senior Director of Worldwide HR, Director of Worldwide HR, and Senior Manager of Worldwide HR. Michael played crucial roles in spin-offs, large-scale acquisitions, and continuous improvement of HR and benefit delivery.
At Hewitt Associates, Marrone served as a Project Manager and Delivery Group Manager, accountable for implementing client projects and managing ongoing operations.

Michael Marrone completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree at Fairfield University from 1988 to 1991. Michael then pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mechanical Engineering at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute from 1991 to 1993.
