Cassandra Willson

Cassandra Willson, M.Ed, currently serves as the Area Human Resources Manager at Penske Automotive Group, where responsibilities encompass employee relations, development, safety, recruitment, training, and benefits since March 2012. Prior to this role, Cassandra was an Independent Beachbody Coach from March 2015 to March 2020, focusing on health and fitness support. As the President of the Fayetteville, AR Local Chapter of the National Association of Professional Women from March 2013 to March 2016, Cassandra organized networking events for professional women. Earlier career experiences include working as an HR Coordinator at Cox Enterprises from January 2005 to March 2012 and as a Service Representative at SBC from January 1999 to January 2005. Cassandra began the professional journey as an Account Executive/Educational Coordinator at O.P.I. Products, INC from October 1993 to August 1998. Educational qualifications include a Master’s in Human Resource and Workforce Development and a Bachelor’s in Human Resource Development, both from the University of Arkansas.
