Victor holds the position of Director at IFP Investments Limited, focusing on investments in Irish and UK SMEs. Previously, Victor was the Group CEO of Fortuna Entertainment Group, leading operations across Central Eastern Europe, and CEO of Paddy Power Online at Flutter Entertainment Plc, driving significant revenue growth. Additional roles include Fund Manager for the Ireland Smart Tech Fund, CEO of XSellco, and various leadership positions at Digicel, where responsibilities encompassed market management and business transformation. Victor's early career included managerial roles at Nokia and Norconsult AS, alongside a degree in Civil Engineering from Trinity College Dublin.
