Charlie Fisher is an experienced forestry management professional with a career spanning over 15 years. Currently serving as the Regional Manager at The Pentarch Group since November 2020, Charlie previously held the position of Forestry Manager at Pentarch Forestry Products Pty Ltd and was the Harvesting and Roading Manager at Forestry Corporation of NSW. Earlier roles include Sales and Distribution Manager at Forest Enterprises Australia Ltd and Area Forester at Cradle Coast Natural Resource Management. Charlie began a career in forestry as a Senior Planner with Forestry Tasmania, following a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science from Southern Cross University, completed in 2004.

The Pentarch Group is a privately-owned group of companies with two operating divisions. 1. Forestry Division – a major sawmiller of Hardwood & Softwood for the domestic & international market and exporter of wood chip and round logs to the Japanese, Taiwanese, Chinese, Korean and Indian markets. 2. Agricultural Division - a major producer and exporter of animal fodder and grain products to the Japanese, Chinese, Korean and Middle Eastern markets. A third key division, Shared Services, exists to support the operational divisions in key areas such as accounting, reporting, legal advice, treasury, people and culture, workplace health safety and environment, etc.
