Amit Porat

Amit Porat is currently serving as Backend Team Lead and Back End Engineer at Pentera since May 2022. Previously, Amit held the position of Security Researcher at OTORIO from August 2019 to May 2022 and worked as a Teaching Assistant for the Operating Systems course at Tel Aviv University from October 2021 to March 2022. Prior experience includes commanding the Cyber Defender Course at the IDF C4I & Cyber Security Directorate, leading a threat hunting team at Mamram, and serving as a Security Researcher and Cyber Security Instructor in various IDF roles. Amit holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Tel Aviv University and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Machine Learning & Data Science at Reichman University.
