Andreas R. is an experienced business development manager and sales professional currently working at Pentos since September 2021. Prior to this role, Andreas held multiple positions at HiPP-Gruppe from February 2016 to August 2021, including deputy HR manager and head of the HR Competency Center, where leadership was demonstrated over a 16-member team focused on talent initiatives such as employer branding and recruitment. Andreas also served as overall project manager for the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors across all relevant international sites, overseeing key HR modules and digital transformation projects.
