Dorota Polkowska-Fige is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management and customer care, currently serving as the Head of Business Unit Customer Care at Pentos AG since August 2013. Previously, at hybris, Dorota was a Project Manager specializing in HR systems implementation within SuccessFactors. Prior experience also includes roles at Allianz Managed Operations & Services, where Dorota acted as Project Manager and SuccessFactors Platform Owner, managing significant budgets and consulting on global talent management solutions. Dorota's career began at Allianz SE in various roles related to global talent management, culminating in a strong foundation in psychology from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München and the University of Maryland Global Campus.
