Previously, Küting held the role of Senior Vice President People & Culture at Wilo Group and Global Head of Human Resources at TK Elevator, contributing extensive expertise in human resources and management development across various roles since 2008. Küting's educational background includes a degree in Diplom-Psychologie with a focus on Wirtschaftspsychologie from Ruhr University Bochum and certifications from the Smith School of Enterprise and the Environment at the University of Oxford and Coaching Center Berlin.
