Marc Becker is a seasoned professional in the field of Human Resources with extensive experience in various roles. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant at Pentos since April 2024, Marc previously held multiple positions at Commerzbank AG from July 2011 to March 2024, including Senior Business Expert and Global Program Manager BPO, where responsibilities included the rollout of SuccessFactors Employee Central and outsourcing of international payroll. Additionally, Marc worked as an HR Specialist focusing on Performance Management and Compensation & Benefits for Western Europe.
