Jennifer Cannella is a seasoned quality assurance professional with extensive experience in the medical device manufacturing sector. Currently serving as Senior Quality Assurance Manager at Penumbra, Inc., Jennifer oversees training and document control for a team of 18, including two managers. Prior experience includes a tenure at W. L. Gore & Associates, where Jennifer managed quality assurance for 55 employees across multiple locations, coordinated regulatory audits, and introduced COVID-19 safety protocols. Jennifer began the career as a Laboratory Intern at the FDA and served in the U.S. Coast Guard prior to pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology from California State University - East Bay.
