Lissa Palanca

Lissa Palanca is an experienced Senior Benefits Analyst with a strong background in managing compliance filings for state and federal agencies, as well as overseeing complex benefits projects. Currently at Penumbra, Inc. since January 2022, Lissa has previously held similar positions at Delta Dental Ins., Tailored Brands, Inc., and Matson, Inc., focusing on benefits program efficiency, compliance, and policy development. Prior to these roles, Lissa served as a Benefits Manager at Mills College, where responsibility included the management of health and welfare benefits, leave of absence programs, and workers’ compensation claims.
