Maggie Arango-Pearce

Maggie Arango-Pearce has extensive experience in manufacturing engineering and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as Manufacturing Engineering Manager for Equipment at Penumbra, Inc. since August 2018, Maggie has held multiple positions within the company, including Senior Manufacturing Engineer and Manufacturing Engineer at various levels. Prior to this role, Maggie founded and operated Maggie's Macarons, a cottage food business in Petaluma, California, from April 2013 to August 2018. Additional experience includes an Engineering Intern position at Duke Empirical Inc., a Research Assistant role at ASSIST Lab focusing on assistive technology, and teaching electrical engineering at iD Tech Camps. Maggie holds a degree in Bioengineering with a focus on Bioelectronics from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
