Navon Kight

Navon Kight, PHR-CA, SHRM-CP, is an experienced Human Resources professional with a robust background in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Penumbra, Inc. since September 2016, Navon has previously held senior HR management positions at Fresenius Medical Care in both the GMQ and Spectra Laboratories divisions, overseeing employee relations, performance management, training, and compliance in complex organizational settings. Navon's earlier experience includes HR management at All Covered, where responsibilities spanned performance counseling, benefits program implementation, and adherence to employment laws. Navon holds a Master’s Degree in Organization Development from the University of San Francisco and a Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from San Jose State University.
