Ayla Sattarzada is a skilled professional with extensive experience in project management and human resources. Currently serving as a Web Project Manager at People in Need since June 2022, Ayla successfully launched a new homepage and enhanced strategic planning within the department. Previous roles include Human Resources Associate at SAP for the EMEA region, where Ayla managed over 200 inquiries monthly, and Product Manager Junior at Czech Video Center a.s., contributing to the implementation of the Mall. TV 2021 roadmap. Ayla also held positions such as Project Manager for CEMS, organizing impactful international conferences, and Associate Consultant at PwC Czech Republic, conducting in-depth industry analyses. With a robust educational background, Ayla has obtained multiple degrees in international management and business, complemented by participation in Erasmus+ scholarship programs in Corporate Social Responsibility and Social Sciences.
