Cara Shultz is an accomplished writer and editor with extensive experience in the fields of health, entertainment, and lifestyle journalism. Currently serving as a Writer-Reporter for the health section at PEOPLE Magazine since April 2023, Cara has a track record of creating viral content for social media. A versatile freelancer since 2003, Cara has contributed to prominent publications such as READER’S DIGEST and APPLE MUSIC.
