Jon Carnes

Jon Carnes is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in engineering and operations. Currently serving as a Senior Operations Engineer at PeopleFluent since April 2016, Jon focuses on maintaining Linux systems essential for business operations. Prior to this role, Jon held significant positions including Principal Engineer at Bright House Networks, where expertise in Carrier-grade Hosted VoIP was developed, and Director of Information Technology at Telovations, which specialized in Hosted Voice services. Jon previously served as CTO at FeatureTel, where responsibilities included managing redundant Soft Switches, and worked as a Manager of Information Systems at both HAHT Commerce and On Technology, overseeing technical infrastructure and telecommunications. Jon holds a BS in Physics and Mathematics from North Carolina State University.
